Kartik Aaryan’s latest horror-comedy film, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, has taken the box office by storm, crossing the Rs 100 crore mark in its opening weekend. The film, which released on November 1, 2024, alongside Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again, has become Kartik Aaryan’s third highest-grossing movie of his career.

Despite facing tough competition from Singham Again, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 had a strong opening weekend. The film earned Rs 35.5 crore on its first day, followed by Rs 37 crore on its second day, and around Rs 33.5 crore on its third day. With this, the film’s total India box office collection has reached around Rs 106 crore, as per film trade portal Sacnilk.
The film had an overall theatrical occupancy of 67.27% across its Hindi shows on Sunday. Regions such as Chennai, Lucknow, Mumbai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bhopal, Pune, and National Capital Region (NCR) were among the top contributors to the film’s theater occupancy on Sunday.
Kartik Aaryan’s Third Highest Grosser
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 now ranks as Kartik Aaryan’s third highest-grossing movie, trailing only Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (Rs 108.95 crore) and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (Rs 184.32 crore). The film’s impressive performance is a testament to Kartik Aaryan’s star power and the popularity of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise.
Monday Business Crucial for Overall Success
All eyes are now on the film’s Monday business, which will be crucial in determining its overall box office success. The film has a two-week window to maximize earnings before it encounters fresh competition from upcoming Hollywood releases Wicked and Gladiator 2, set to debut later this month.
